Refund and cancellation policy

SchemaForge Business Finance Co., Ltd. offers paid financial planning consultation. Because specific packages and prices are not yet published on this site, the rules below follow standard market practice for professional services until the business confirms otherwise.
Eligibility
Refunds apply to prepaid consultation fees that have not yet been fully delivered. Custom analysis already performed and shared is generally non-refundable.
Cancellation by you
- More than 48 hours before a scheduled session: full refund of any unused prepaid amount.
- Within 48 hours: we may retain up to 30% of the scheduled session fee to cover reserved time.
- No-show without notice: the scheduled session fee may be charged in full.
Cancellation by us
If we cancel, you receive a full refund or free rescheduling at your choice.
Partial completion
If work stops mid-engagement by mutual agreement, fees are refunded for undelivered milestones listed in your written scope. Completed milestones are not refunded.
Processing time
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–14 business days where the payment provider allows.
How to request
Email info@schemaforge.digital or call +82-53-000-1303 with your name, invoice reference, and reason. We respond within 3 business days.
Deposits
Deposits holding a calendar slot are refundable under the cancellation windows above unless your written quote states otherwise.
Exceptions
Fees for third-party costs already incurred on your behalf (e.g., paid data pulls) are non-refundable.
