Cash-flow planning
What a planning engagement covers
We document how money enters your business—invoice dates, partial payments, platform payouts—and how it leaves through payroll, rent, and supplier terms. The output is a rolling thirteen-week cash calendar you can update without rebuilding the model from scratch.
Deliverables you can expect
Depending on scope, we may provide a categorized inflow/outflow map, a minimum cash reserve target, and scenario notes for a slow month or a large purchase. We do not publish fixed package names or prices on this site until the business confirms them; scoping happens on a short call first.
Materials to prepare
Bring recent bank statements, accounts-receivable ageing if you invoice customers, and a list of upcoming commitments (tax, equipment, hiring). CSV exports from your accounting tool are enough for an initial review.
Boundaries
Our consultation focuses on operational cash-flow planning and financial management discipline for small businesses. We do not provide securities, investment, or legal advice, and we do not represent ourselves as a licensed financial investment adviser under Korean law unless separately confirmed in writing.
Next step
When you are ready, send an inquiry with your industry and the month you are most worried about cash-wise.
